Penpal Project Coordinator


The Penpal Project Coordinator manages the IQA penpal program through regular correspondence with member teams, sustainable incentives and initiatives, and creative promotional techniques. The Coordinator serves under the Membership Director in the Membership Department. The position requires at least five hours each week.


Duties and responsibilities:
-Promote program via social media by working with IQA marketing department
-Maintain database of penpal teams past and present
-Regularly correspond and check-in with penpal teams
-Create performance metrics for program, including end-of-year survey
-Develop appropriate incentives to encourage program participation and growth


Requirements:
-Regular and frequent access to email
-Ability to attend weekly meetings held via Skype calls
-Enthusiasm and passion for quidditch
